How it works
You keep direct contracts with your cleaners, gardeners, pool team and handyman — nothing goes through us and there's no markup. Our job is to keep them coordinated: every booking pushes a turnover to the cleaning team with check-in/check-out times, guest count, and any special notes.
When a guest reports a problem mid-stay, your maintenance contact gets the alert with full context — photo, room, urgency level — and we keep the guest informed while your team dispatches. If you don't have a local team yet, Resources has vetted providers you can contract directly.

Common questions
- Do you take a cut from the cleaning team?
- No. You pay them directly, at whatever rate you agreed. We never sit in the middle.

- We flag the gap immediately and, if you want, propose an alternate from Resources so you can book a replacement.
