Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, property location) and, if you become a client, financial and property data required to operate the management agreement.
How we use it
To schedule consultations, execute contracts, remit payouts, and provide the client portal. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for retargeting.
Where it lives
EU-hosted infrastructure. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is limited to the operations lead assigned to your account and finance staff on a need-to-know basis.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@vilamouraproperties.pt. We respond within 30 days.
